TypingMonk provides a free online typing speed and accuracy testing platform, including:

• Typing speed tests (WPM / KDPH measurement)
• Government and professional exam typing simulations (SSC, RRB, CPCT, and others)
• Typing games and educational tutorials
• Progress tracking and performance dashboards for registered users
• A blog with typing tips and educational content

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without prior notice.

You may use most features of TypingMonk without creating an account. If you choose to sign in (via Google OAuth), you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Maintain the security of your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You agree NOT to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or servers
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to manipulate test scores or leaderboards
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits other users from using the service
• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or resell any part of the service without our express written permission

All content on TypingMonk — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software — is the property of TypingMonk or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may view and use the content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

The typing passages used in our tests are original content created for TypingMonk or are in the public domain.

By submitting content (such as blog comments or feedback), you grant TypingMonk a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with our services.

You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to the content you submit and that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

Your use of TypingMonk is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.

TypingMonk is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• Results from typing tests are suitable for any official examination or employment purpose
• The service will meet your specific requirements

Typing speed certificates and test results provided by TypingMonk are for personal practice and educational purposes only. They do not constitute official certification and may not be accepted by government agencies, employers, or examination bodies.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TypingMonk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

TypingMonk uses the following third-party services, each governed by their own terms:

• Google Sign-In — for optional user authentication
• Google AdSense — for displaying advertisements
• Google Analytics — for anonymous usage statistics

We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of these third-party services.

TypingMonk displays advertisements provided by Google AdSense and other ad networks. These ads help us keep the service free. Third-party advertisers may use cookies to serve relevant ads. You may opt out of personalized advertising via Google Ad Settings.
